At Tractleads, we’re committed to helping auto salvage yards grow through proven digital marketing solutions—including SEO, local search optimization, website design, paid advertising, and proprietary tools. Please review the following fulfillment and cancellation policies that govern our services.

Fulfillment Policy

Service fulfillment begins immediately after your scheduled onboarding call. During this call, we collect the information, access, and materials needed to start delivering your agreed-upon services. By proceeding with [Your Agency Name], you acknowledge that fulfillment has officially begun once this onboarding call is completed.

Proposal & Agreement

All service details—including deliverables, timelines, and pricing—will be outlined in a formal proposal or service agreement. Clients must review and sign this agreement to indicate acceptance before any services are performed.

Payment & No Refund Policy

All payments made to Tractleads are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital marketing and software services, we cannot offer refunds once work has commenced or access to tools has been provided.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services by providing a minimum of 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Notice must be submitted via email or the communication channel established during onboarding. If proper notice is not given, the upcoming month’s payment will still be charged in full.

No Guarantee of Results

While we apply our industry expertise and proven strategies to maximize success, we do not guarantee specific results. Digital marketing performance depends on multiple factors outside of our control, including competition, customer behavior, and third-party platforms such as Google, Facebook, and others.

Responsibility Disclaimer

Tractleads is not liable for disruptions beyond our control, such as account suspensions, platform policy changes, or industry shifts. However, we remain committed to supporting our clients and will assist in resolving such issues to the best of our ability at no additional cost.
